BEGINNINGS

Founded in 2006 with the flagship studio “Academy Ballroom Atlanta”, ABI launched a full-service dance studio catering to all dance interests and all ages.  With over 30 years combined studio ownership experience, and a simple, unique formula for successful independent studios, Academy Ballrooms quickly opened through the Southeast.

ABI founder Eddie Ares – an internationally-known professional dancer, instructor, coach and competition owner – brings his enthusiasm, talent, expertise and resources to Academy Ballrooms nationwide.
